Application

This product relies on compressed air to drive the motor through two-stage gear reduction to drive the drum to rotate, realizing the lifting of various heavy objects. Large starting torque, capable of starting with load.In summary, this product can be used for lifting heavy objects in workshops, mines, and oil fields.Structure and working principleWhen the control lever is moved to the start position, the valve of the switch valve core opens, and compressed air enters the valve core to rotate it. At the same time, by rotating the valve core, compressed air is sequentially fed into the five surrounding cylinders. Due to the expansion of compressed air in the cylinders, the piston, connecting rod, and crankshaft are driven to rotate. When the piston is pushed to the "bottom dead center", the valve core also turns to the first exhaust position. The expanded gas is automatically discharged directly from the cylinder through the exhaust port of the valve. At the same time, all the remaining gas in the piston cylinder is discharged from the exhaust port of the distribution valve of the gas distribution valve core. Through such reciprocating circulation, the crankshaft can be continuously rotated. This drives the rotating shaft to pass through the gear pair II and then transmit it to the gear pair I to drive the drum to rotate and lift heavy objects.
